Your booking is secured for a 1 hour quad bike tour please arrive 30 minutes prior to your tour time. 

Please be advised to be at 2163 Nelson Bay Road, Williamtown to finalise paperwork.
Look for the Big Boomerang! IPad check in is required for all participants.

We encourage clients to arrive 30 mins prior to their booking time due to the necessary paperwork and payment required. Following this, there is a small self-drive journey out to the Quad Bike Staging site, where the real adventure begins. BE SURE TO GET THERE EARLY! You don't want to cut into valuable riding time.
Driving past Newcastle airport turn off (heading towards Nelson Bay) we located approximately 3km north on the left hand side of the road
Or
if you are driving from Nelson Bay we are 31 kilometres from Victoria Parade on the right hand side (30 minutes’ drive).

What to Bring & Wear
SDA recommends our customers come prepared for their tour in:
• Closed in shoes (no thongs or sandals) – as we traverse through a bush track then onto the sand dune we would not like a stick or something else coming up and accidentally cutting your foot or leg
• Long pants – the motor can get very hot and would protect your leg from getting burnt
• Sunglasses – Stockton beach has white sand and can get very glary on your eyes as you are riding along.
• Sunscreen – We would not like you to get sunburnt.
• Camera – Great shots on the sand dunes the tour guides will stop onto of one of the highest dunes and take your picture for you
• A spirit for fun and adventure
• Dress warmer for winter months.
• We still go in the rain so please bring wet weather gear or change of clothes if there is a possibility of it raining.

Cancellation Policy
Sand Dune Adventures reserve the right to reschedule bookings due to unsuitable weather conditions or any other unforeseen situation that may arise. If quad biking is cancelled due to unsuitable weather, the customer ticket can be changed to an open dated ticket valid for 12 months. SDA are happy to try and change your tour time if your running late. A FULL 24hrs notice that you cannot make it.... BUT, there's not much we can do for people who simply change their mind at the last minute, sorry.... NO REFUND for Late arrivals and a NO SHOW! 

General Terms and Conditions for Sand Dune Adventures

The client authorises Sand Dune Adventures to debit my credit card when making a booking online in full.
Cancellation terms & conditions –
o Bookings cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival - 100% of the total booking cost will be charged as a cancellation fee

Sand Dune Adventures reserves the right to change or alter the adventure for safety reasons or in extreme weather conditions. We also reserve the right to stop any of our passengers from continuing their quad bike tour, if the passenger does not follow our safety instructions, or if the passengers behave in an unacceptable manner or are affected by any substance.
Sand Dune Adventures is an all-weather activity. No cancellations will be accepted due to wet or windy weather, unless otherwise instructed by Sand Dune Adventures at which time a gift certificate will be offered.
All passengers are requested to wear long pants, enclosed shoes and sunglasses for self-protection.
Sand Dune Adventures are closed Christmas Day & New Year’s Day.
A FULL 24hrs notice that you cannot make it.... BUT, there's not much we can do for people who simply change their mind at the last minute, sorry.... NO REFUND for a NO SHOW!
